Greg Brown is the owner/founder of Cardinal Finance – a fractional CFO firm in Charlotte – and more importantly for today’s call he is the administrator for the Charlotte Angel Fund. The Charlotte Angel Fund is a member-driven angel capital fund, focused on investment in and around the Charlotte, NC area. Greg’s role is to promote membership, provide deal flow for investment consideration by the members, organize due diligence, and ensure that transactions are properly structured and documented.
